Project Description
DIAPHRAGM ACCUMULATORS

Diaphragm accumulators are hydraulic devices that store energy through pressurized fluid.
They consist of a cylindrical or spherical shell with a flexible rubber membrane, i.e. a diaphragm, inside that separates two chambers: one filled with gas (usually nitrogen) and the other with a liquid (such as hydraulic oil).
Used in hydraulic systems, they absorb pressure peaks, stabilize flow, and reduce vibrations.
They are particularly suitable for systems with limited volume variations.
